Luxe Yacht Sales ("we", "us") is a yacht and boat brokerage based in South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Inquiries and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, message, the boat you are asking about, and any details or photos you send us about a boat you want to sell or trade.
• Financing applications: the information needed for a boat loan, which can include your name, contact details, date of birth, Social Security number, citizenship, current and previous addresses, housing payment, employment, income, co-applicant details, trade-in details and the boat and loan you are applying for.
• Purchase and sale paperwork: details you give us to prepare listing agreements, purchase agreements and closing documents.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and arrange showings, sea trials and surveys.
• To value, list and market a boat you ask us to sell.
• To review your financing application and submit it to lenders on your behalf.
• To prepare, send and keep records of the documents for your transaction.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to help with your purchase, sale or financing:

• Lenders and finance partners you authorize us to send your financing application to. They may obtain credit reports and verify the information you provide.
• Others involved in your transaction, such as the other party's broker, surveyors, documentation and title services, escrow agents and insurance providers.
• Service providers that run our website, database, email and electronic signatures for us, who may use the information only to provide those services.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and email

When you send us a form, you agree that our team may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly.

How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Inquiries and applications are stored in a secured database that only our authorized staff can access. We remove Social Security numbers from our system once an application has been sent to a lender or is no longer needed, and we never send them by regular email. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing adrian@luxeyachtsales.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Our site may link to other websites, such as lenders or marinas. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
